Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our consulting and training projects carry some form of satisfaction guarantee, which makes TM Consulting and Training fairly unusual.

  1. Public training programs: Any participant who determines after the first hour that the program will not meet his or her needs, may return all materials, leave quietly and receive a 100 % refund via mail within 7 days. No one has ever left one of our public programs.
  2. Organization sponsored training programs: We would negotiate the exact terms of the guarantee and provide them in the contract for services. (See FAQ for a detailed example.)
  3. Organization sponsored consulting projects: We would negotiate the exact terms of the guarantee and provide them in the contract for services. You would retain control of the project and your expenditures. We would mutually assess the project as it proceeds in phases and all invoices would correspond to specific, measurable objectives.
